Making Our Way Every day. Good Medicine, 2019.

Acrylic paint and clay on wall, 15x40ft.

Wheelwright Museum, Santa Fe New Mexico.

This creative effort happened in the midst of the Covid 19 Pandemic. Gorge Floydd was Murdered and protests were happening and millions of people were migrating to seek some form of sanctuary from war and starvation.

Figures reach out to each other in welcoming and support, other stand on each others shoulders to see as far as possible, many carry bundles. The figures are depicted without location until the landscape is expressed as heading toward and within the Sandstone barrancas of Nambe.

A form of careful strength formed during this mural was having several artists contribute to an individual figure. Within the procession. I am greatful for their contributions of abstraction, and unfurling, and nature and games. Below are pictures of contributors with names to follow soon.
